WHAT YOU'LL DO

In April 2024, NPS Prism is taking the next step in our evolution by becoming an independent legal entity, while still retaining our 100% ownership by Bain & Company. We need an experienced, versatile Recruiting and HR professional to manage end-to-end recruiting for our India Hub as well as assist our India HR Manager with core HR operations responsibilities.

Specifically, you’ll focus on the following:

Recruiting (~50% of role)

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for NPS Prism’s India Hub:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team’s staffing needs and help translate those into attractive job descriptions
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial phone screenings to assess their fit
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing logistical support and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, verifying employment history, credentials, and other relevant information
    • Manage the offer process, including preparing job offer letters, managing candidate correspondence, and maintaining recruitment-related documentation
    • Utilize internal job postings and Bain-wide networks to source internal candidates
    • Coordinate post-offer engagement and outreach to keep offerees engaged during their notice period
  • Develop and own NPS Prism’s recruiting strategy to support NPS Prism’s values and evolving business needs while cultivating exceptional candidate experiences
  • Refine and implement NPS Prism’s DE&I talent acquisition strategy and ensure NPS Prism meets our DE&I targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, contributing ideas for continuous improvement
  • Conduct talent research - market mapping, compensation data, candidate trends etc.

Core HR Operations (~50% of role)

  • Assist with the full spectrum of HR functions, including, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance for our India team
  • Assist with the entire India employee journey; onboarding and offboarding, employee status changes, promotions, compensation changes, benefits, etc.
  • Working closely with our PEO partner Vistra, assist with the deployment and administration of payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining competitive positioning
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data at all times
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, both in-partnership with our vendors and independently, to enhance morale, collaboration, and retention

This position reports to NPS Prism’s India HR Manager, in close collaboration with local and global hiring managers. It will be an individual contributor role.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be a great fit for this role if

  • Your background includes:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting management for tech & non-tech roles (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring) for a fast-growing startup or a top-tier technology or consulting firm
    • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices in the India market
    • Experience with (or strong interest in) the full spectrum of HR functions and activities
    • A proven ability to lead HR initiatives and programs that contribute to organizational success and employee satisfaction.
    • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
