Position Summary:

NPS Prism has experienced tremendous growth as a standalone software and data business over the past few years and is making the leap from being a consulting-led business to a technology-led business. Given that shift, we are looking to build our team with world-class team members to help drive business growth to its full potential in this next phase. The DevOps Engineering Analyst will work closely with

 Essential Functions:

  • Be responsible for software releases, configuration, monitoring and support of all production system components and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot technical or functional issues in a complex financial environment to provide timely resolution, with various applications and platforms that are global.
  • Work with users to understand and gather their needs in our applications. Then participate on the required developments.
  • Manage several streams of work concurrently.
  • Get in touch with our teams abroad to deploy and adapt existing European and Asian tools.
  • Bring a passion to stay on top of DevOps trends, experiment with and learn new CI/CD technologies.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or Information Technology
  • Experience on any programming language, such as Python or C#
  • Experience in cloud administration and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of cloud provisioning tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Solid understanding of Software Engineering and Computer Science principles
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
  • Experience with Azure or Amazon Web Services
  • Understanding of internet security and data privacy best practices in highly regulated industries

Skills:

  • DevOps Tools: Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Scripting and Programming: Shell, Python.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana.

Minimum 2 years of experience with the above skills.

It is also desirable that he/she has relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or other industry-recognized certifications.
